London Drainage

Came into work today and found a bad flood from the drain. After trying lots of other companies, who I found really unhelpful and so expensive I finally found London Drainage. I called and spoke to an Amazing lady called Jorden who was so helpful and extremely professional and arrange for two plumbers to attend the property within an hour, and the job was all sorted by these two courteous men who solved the problem so fast and no fuss, and even better I was shocked at how competitive the price was, it was half of what I'd been quoted by other local companies. We highly recommend this company. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Difficult scheduling, seemed quite disorganised - ended up waiting around for 2 days, then finally replaced the pump, but engineer had not been told that the main issue was a blockage. Came in this morning and it appears not to have been fitted correctly as it is leaking. Has now been fixed, so they did eventually come through - but took 4 visits, when it should have taken 2 max

Excellent service. My kitchen sink was totally blocked and they fixed it in a few minutes with the right tools. Linda, the woman who I spoke with was super kind and patient. Thank you!!

Jack S & Blake G were amazing! Great personalities and very good at their job. In an out of my house in just a few minutes. Smiles on their faces even though they’re unblocking a toilet and their friendliness was just amazing. Very professional, friendly & fast. I’d definitely recommend!
