Conwy Kayaks

Purchased a Conwy Menai kayak a few months ago, as did 2 of my friends. The kayaks are perfect for all adventures. Both at calm sea and fast flowing rivers. Very easy to paddle. Also the wider bottom makes it almost impossible to tip over making it extremely sturdy on the water. The seat is fully adjustable and comfortable. The paddle supplied is light weight and has an excellent level precision. Conwy literally supplied me with everything needed to put it straight into the water. Would definitely recommend.

Called up and spoke with Tom as I wanted some advice on which accessories to buy for my SUP, Tom took the time out of his day to figure out what my needs were and didn’t just want to get me off the phone as quickly as possible like some companies.Submitted an order Thursday midday and arrived Saturday morning! I had been looking online for a kayak, and stumbled across Conwy kayak on amazon which was shy of £500.I went on their website and discovered the price was alot cheaper , so I went ahead and got my first kayak..Customer service was brilliant with Tom in the shop at Mochdre, a bonus that the kayak comes with a life time warranty also.I recommended Conwy kayaks to both of my friends who were looking for a paddle board and also a kayak , they both were very happy with the product and service given.If your looking for a single or a 2 plus 1 rigid kayak these guys are the ones to go with!You can't beat the price..Also if your looking for a paddle board then again these guys again, alot cheaper than most out there and with fantastic quality.I purchased some roof pads from Conwy kayaks and they're brilliant for those who don't have roof bars or racks. Throw them on and fasten the kayak up and all ready to go.The single kayak is just under 9 ft and has good stability with the option of adding stabilisers on the back , two six inch storage containers with an easy hatch, x4 built in rod holders and also a rod holder that slots in place in front of you, so far so good as I've tested out with a bit of fishing and fun..Conwy kayaks are local to me and I'll definitely be keeping an eye on their future products.Don't be fooled with the expensive kayaks a boards out there! The whole experience of buying two kayaks was ruined by an unhelpful arrogant server. He was the bloke with the beard. Awful. Wouldn’t give any advice wouldn’t help with finance sold a roof rack no explanation. Worse service ever. He should be sacked if the owners value their reputation.

Purchased 2 kayaks, vests etc... order arrived 2 days later in Scotland, which was quicker than anticipated! We had a couple of vests missing from the order which was promptly dealt with by Matthew and we recieved them the following day! Would definitely order again.

I walked into the shop to get a paddle board as I was advised they were every good. A few friends have recommended them as they use their products. I was in complete shock at the price because of how good quality they were at such a cheap price. The worker, Callum I think his name was couldn’t be more help.

Purchased the Rhosneigre sit in top. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Even helped to load on to car! A little tricky to find on the industrial estate though. Kayak was a bargain and seems decent quality although not been out on it yet!

Brilliant service and advice from the guy serving, will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

I'm a newbie to kayaking having just had a couple of goes on a cheap inflatable. Was not sure what to expect but the Menai Single is very stable and easy to use, so glad I chose it. Also the seat has good quality fittings.The people at Conwy Kayaks were very helpful from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.
