They get rude and rude each time, not only I'm an adult yet they get my mum involved for no apparent reason which is illegal.

Not had a problem getting appointments when needed. Politeness is returned with politeness. Some of the patients are rude to staff, don't listen to what is said to them or are down right aggressive! If they spoke to me like that I'd be rude back too! Well done staff.

After moving to another postcode they removed me from system without any warning in the middle of my treatment, leaving me without GP and telling me to register elsewhere that's closer to my postcode. I didn't want to change surgeries as the location was convenient to me , as well they forced me returning to work being sick as they said they are unable to provide me a sicknote no more as they removed me from system, absolutely shocking.

Normally I have no issues with this medical clinic as I've used it my whole life, but as of a year ago I changed GP due to my university being located in London. I requested (on call) at the reception if I could be signed up as a temporary patient on the system, and the woman proceeded to have an extremely rude tone with me and even laughed at me at one point over the fact I said I'd try and come in at a time where it wouldn't be so busy, almost in the tone of nice try mate

Don’t understand how they can be so busy all the time, no appointments only the one thing you can hear. The line is always “busy” too. Never receive support you need, what this medical centre for then?! Terrible service, 0 stars!!!

Worse medical center i have been up since 7 oclock to ring up to book appointment for my toddler all i hear is them saying busy worse worse

The receptionist has an attitude problem

Very poor service, mother housebound and they refused to visit and give vaccinations for both covid and flu but have turned up 5 months later and taken blood. My mother has dementia and despite my insisting that they call me on my mobile they keep calling her , she can’t remember what day of the week it is let alone information about medicines, abysmal

Have been with this surgery for years and I have multiple bad experiences with receptionists as well as some health care staff. I find the receptionist extremely intimidating and the way they deal with patients is not right. I have read multiple reviews highlighting the same issues with the way receptionist staff talk to others and I am not suprised. The staff at reception are unhelpful, talk in a manner which is not compassionate at all and are very confusing. I find the lack of compassion and communication at this surgery very frustrating; nobody really listens to the patient and you're always rushed or cut off when trying to get your point across. The staff don't seem friendly at all and it creates a toxic atmosphere at times. The doctors and some nurses are okay however I feel the receptionists very unprofessional.
