I placed an order on 27th July. An email arrived saying my order will be dispatched between 3-5 days. It’s still not here and there is no answer on the telephones. Has this company gone bankrupt and are still taking people’s money is what is going through my mind. Does anyone know how to contact them. I have tried emailing but no answer.

I have bought twice now and each time the items I have wanted have been in stock and been delivered next day, ordering and communication are great and I'm pleased with Stylla London service.

I have recently ordered from stylla London only to receive the wrong item. I tried to contact them on the two phone numbers they provide only to hear the number doesn’t exist. So I emailed them and finally got a response 4 days later. They said they would exchange for the correct item and sent a established courier with the replacement. He collected our item and gave the new one, we opened it in front of him and it was wrong yet again. We told him to take it back and he said he couldn’t without booking it in over the phone with the company. So that’s what we tried doing only for the same problem phone numbers don’t work. We’ve emailed again with no response and it’s now been 2 weeks. We’ve paid a lot of money for an item we don’t want. It’s now heading for the small claims court after seeking professional advice. Please avoid this company at all costs.
