Eclipse Hair and Beauty

I originally contacted Eclipse through instagram regarding a boys perm, they responded twice then not at all. I then went into the store to book an appointment as a new client. The young lady that I spoke to was rather abrupt and gave the impression that me being there was an inconvenience. I was told when arriving for my appointment that the lady who I was booked with had gone home sick, and that my appointment was kept however the girl could not cut hair, and was not actually qualified to colour but could do so. I kindly declined, and will source an alternative. She was lovely however I have never experienced such poor customer service from a business as a whole than I have during this experience. Having waited 3 weeks for the appointments I’m very disappointed. Terrible customer service and super unprofessional all round.

I was very disappointment with my recent visit to Eclipse. My first appointment was cancelled by them due to stylists child illness, that is fair enough. They made me another appointment for the next day in the morning, I had not picked up a voicemail cancelling this appointment too again giving me the impression stylist was not at work due to childs illness. I arrived, stylist was working as normal, therefore she had not cancelled all appointments, just mine? , giving an excuse they were waiting for a covid test result which only came in at 8am. If that was true why was any of her customers there. I think this is unprofessional and poor customer service. She did my hair, the cut is poor and looks like it needs doing again after two weeks.

Had my third appointment at Eclipse . Absolutely loved the head massage, during my conditioning treatment, just what I needed. Then cut by Hollie, the junior stylist, perfectly and all finished off with a curly, bouncy blow dry . Thank you Hollie , Megan and Dawn for making my visit so welcoming!!

I have recently seen Jo the lovely nail technician. Her nails are fabulous and stayed on way longer than mine ever have before and nit bulky in any areas. Very welcoming and friendly. The staff in the hairdressers maybe need to smile a bit more they didn't even look up when I entered, and leaving I made idol chat about the nice decor but they seemed disinterested. Jo more than makes up for that though and I will definitely be returning . Thanks jo

Terrible - cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, with no real reason and rude staff with attitudes who hung up the phone. The appointment was booked well in advance for an event which then left us stuck as we are out of area. No apology either! Luckily, a lovely place in Leyland managed to fit us in and they saved the day!!Shocking.

Used to be excellent service with friendly and competent staff. Now seems to have gone down hill. Waited 35 minutes over my appointment time while the hairdresser concerned enjoyed a nice social session with a friend and completely blanked me until I interrupted her to say I would have to leave as she wouldn't be able to finish my hair in time due to the excessive wait time. Don't expect to be seen anytime near your appointment time is all I can say.

Great salon and great stylists!! Especially Ellie & Beth, always offering a great service. Friendly and welcoming.

Had my colour done by Tayla on Saturday. What a wonderful job she did. I'm so pleased with the result. Itvwas exactly how I wanted it. Also did a brilliant blow-dry. Cannot recommend enough. Friendly, professional service. Thanks again.

They were amazing with my daughter Charlotte who is autistic. Chloe was a caring and fantastic with Charlotte and Charlotte enjoyed being there.

Great salon, been going here for years! Always listen to what I want, and are great at suggesting styles and colours that will suit. I have curly hair and a lot of hairdressers just don't understand how to cut it or dry it, but I can always trust that the girls at Eclipse know exactly what they're doing! I always recommend this salon and now some of my friends use it too x
