Excellent service and helpful friendly reception staff (Chelsea)! Great portion of food and an amazing breakfast. They gave us each a free dessert because of the inconvenience when the tv satellite didn't work! p.s. the dessert is a plate full of ice cream, or an apple crumble with ice cream, or a sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Also a nice garden with a kids' playground.Thank you all staff for giving us such an amazing experience.

So the Gray Manor. From the outside not a bad looking place. A little need of a clean up but hey, nothing to crazy. Location, great for diving off the A303 and price, again great value. The rooms, again a little need of a good lick of paint and bring up to a more modern standard. However ilthe room was clean, hot water and a super comfortable sleep. The dinner, was great and the bar staff super friendly, in fact all the staff are great. Breakfast again, can't fault it. So overall if you're looking for a no thrills good value, great food and great staff head for here. If not then go somewhere else. See you again, cheers.

Stayed 2 nights on business and ate in on both occasions. There is an extensive menu that certainly suited my tastes with generous portions I felt Spacious room with everything I needed. I especially rate the buffet style breakfast that's available from 6.30 from a business point of view.

What a beautiful find this hotel was!! My son & me stayed here over the half term & we were so impressed with the service. Everyone was extremely helpful & always greater you with a smile, even when it was late & they had been working all day! My son was also very pleased when they had lacto free milk in the room & the fact they are dog friendly was really nice to find. They are also very close to a park & ride location which made it very easy to get into Salisbury.

Get what you pay for. Not bad for a night; food is decent enough; room I had was elaborately decorated but a bit run down. Would I stay there for longer, no but last minute and for the price no complaints.

Situated about 20 minutes from the city center, this hotel is nestled near scenic countryside views. Conveniently located just off a roundabout on a tranquil street, its pricing strikes a balance between affordability and value. The staff are friendly and are always ready to assist. Dog lovers should note that there are two on-site dogs, possibly Akita Kens. During my stay, I encountered them once and found them to be inquisitive and friendly. If you are scared of dogs (some people are) or just don't like dogs, let the hotel know on booking or on arrival. While my room lacked air conditioning and had a slightly noisy fan (they might have a quieter option, but I didn't inquire), it did come equipped with complimentary tea/coffee, WiFi and a smart TV. A minor inconvenience was the absence of a bedside lamp, making nighttime bathroom trips a pain (literally in my big toe when I knocked it).I believe there is an onsite bar (which I didn't visit due to my arrival time).Would I return? Definitely, although perhaps not during warmer days unless I bring my own quiet fan.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around London and Salisbury over the decades. (Work reasons). I always go out of my way to stay here and only here when in the region. It’s real, and original and it feels like home. I always sleep well at this hotel (the atmosphere is amazing) and even though it’s not like a Hilton - kinda more quaint - I would stay here any day over a Hilton. I wish I could live here. The staff are wonderful and real and there are even dogs you can pet !

What can one say, the staff are friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The whole off our special day was lovely with all our needs catered for and any issues dealt with in a calm professional manner. Food was great value and plenty of it for everyone whilst catering for special dietary needs.A big thank you to all at Gray Manor.
