Couldn't be more pleased with the service received throughout purchase. Jacques was brilliant throughout and was exemplary in the customer service he gave. Great communication, friendly, informative. Staff weren't helpful. The reception was busy with talking to their own staff and completely ignored us. The two ladies one with short hair and a younger lady with brown/brunette hair was awful they were completely unprofessional at the service desk, all we needed was a battery change for our VW car key and we waited over 15 minutes to be seen. Absolutely awful service and some of your staff need to be trained on customer professionalism as there was a number of staff free who could have assisted with us but didn’t. We just walked out.

****UPDATE **** All parts I asked for were all in stock and on the shelf on site, nothing has been ordered In and were not special order as they are trying to state !!!!!!Ordered incorrect part 3 days ago and returned to VW to swap for correct part, they refused to swap as they stated it's a special order and no refund can be given, they stock all these parts on site, very disappointed that I had to pay in full for correct part.

I am so pleased with the fantastic service received from Johnsons VW Wolverhampton. I was filled with trepidation buying a new car as it was the first car I had bought for many years. Jacques is so polite, friendly and helpful and was fantastic putting me at my ease and helping me choose a car that was perfect for me.
