the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I called up to collect my parcel and she wasn't very helpful. she lied about being the only worker there as I went to the shop and there was a male worker there as well. and she cut off the phone while i was still taking

Very rude staff, each and every one of them. The customer base they have its ok for them otherwise the business would not survive more than a week if they had to deal with professional customers.I realised the boss has the same attitude aswell.They don't understand the meaning of beingCourteouspoliteusing right tonegoing that extra mileI have hardly been to this shop, maximum 3x but each time had a poor customer service.wont be entering these premises ever again.

Very busy and crowded, long queue at the till. Staff are a bit RUDE. But Manager was helpful when I needed cash back and didn't want to queue up.

What an extremely helpful staff they have here. I was struggling with a parcel to drop for a DHL collection as the paperwork was not on show as requested by DHL and the staff sorted this for me. Thank you so much.

Rude illegal foreign workers have no respect selling out of date items

Rude staff. Horrible way the business is run. No real queuing system (they serve who they like) no willing to help in any way shape or form. Look at you like you don't belong here and only welcoming to what seems like very poor gambling junkies. I would personally avoid.

Extremely racist lady working here very rude to Pakistanis noticed here smiling to white polish lady’s behind them was a Muslim woman soon as she went forward she spoke extreme ignorance clear racism I stopped going there but needed a printout so went to get 1 same thing same woman some non Muslims were being served shale was happy smiling soon as she seen me the disgust in her eyes anyways wen asked for a print out smile was completely gone daggers eyes without any reason says no looking like she hates Muslims then I asked why she told me after 5 we don’t do I then told here it’s 4;43 this was on 19/07 and with same look she says no printouts it’s a shame I no a few people with this experience here from family members seem to b that same racist Karen pony tail elder women I’d rather go mehrbhaan foods or jd market few shops down at least they are all smiles and happy to serve it’s a shame as the brothers who had this before were very good with treating customers this is definitely going downhill I’m surprised I just seen the reviews and seems like it’s a normal tradition here to Pakistanis all Pakistani name reviews have had the same experience surprised they choose not to do anything about it

Really bad service they provide Yodal service however if the person handling Yodal is on break they tell you to wait for 30min. Omg really like we have nothing better to do. Not using thier service after I have collected all my parcels! Never so rude!

1 star out of choice, only way allowed to write a review. Staff don't know the meaning of customer service. They are rude, unprofessional, arrogant ignorant, I could go on. Has the audacity to moan about every customer thats there thinking if they do it in their language no one will know. Guess I'm not illiterate like the staff and can speak and understand other languages too. After serving me they complained how long it took and that I went there for my convenienc well isn't that the point I didn't realise i had to do it for the shops convenience, and if it is such inconvenience maybe shut the shop. If they operated like this anywhere else they'd be shut for good but I suppose with the type of customers they have they can get away with it.
