Friendliness really makes a corner shop nowadays. We used to live around the corner. The staff were always smiling and polite. We literally still stop by to get drinks if we are in Winton. Convinent with the launderette next door. The sort of place, me a tight arse, would give a Christmas tip.

very rude staff. My parcel was there. when ı give him my passport for control, he looked at all passport sheet even to the last sheet. He asked me where I was from and if I was Israeli!!
