Reading FC Conference and Events

Booked this venue for a small work meeting (19 people in total) and was really impressed with it. Easy to drive too straight off the M4 with heaps of free parking. Staff were very friendly, helpful and conscientious. Great food and refreshments throughout the day. Fantastic location for the meeting room, we were in the Premier Suite, with a full panoramic view of the pitch. Made a nice change from a boring corporate hotel and was much more competitively priced. A few minor improvements could be labelling the lunch food with allergy info so that our GF attendee didn't have to leaf through the folder and work out which dish was which. Also some choice of juice with lunch would be good rather than just water. Other than that it was a great venue which we would definitely use again.

I attended the game with Luton on the 19th January. I love visiting this football club. The staff inside are all very friendly and even Alan the car park attendant who looks after the blue section is a true gentleman. It's a shame the club is struggling . Reading have a Premier league stadium and deserve better than the financial predicament they are in. I enjoy my visits to this impressive stadium ful of good football people. Hopefully their luck will change.

Used the hospitality for a WSL game. Lovely setting, good seats and view. The buffet (actually a bit like a carvery) was generous, but the veggie main option was disappointing - a parcel of spinach with some mushrooms, and it was on request, not on display. So only 4 stars.
