Really helpful guy. Fitted a new screen in less than hour. And even advised me on another issue saving me some money. I highly Recommend them.

They 'repaired' my daughter's phone by sticking a random back on it that didn't fit and was held on with green electrical tape, bending the whole phone. The screen glitched constantly and then a crack appeared in the screen. The two employees in store were very rude and dismissive, refusing to help. Apparently they have 140 screens on the shelf and none of them are cracked! Now £64 out of pocket, phone now cracked, bent, glitching and with a random back on it. Avoid this shop if you want a phone that works! Have taken this to Trading Standards.EDIT: In response to your response. At no point was I offered a discount by either of your employees who were rude and dismissive. At no point were we informed that you had replaced the back of the phone with an honor back on a huawei phone. The phone was returned to us bent and covered in tape, covering the name on the back. The glitching problem was there before the crack appeared. The phone was not dropped. Still referred to Trading Standards, would still advise people to avoid. I've just added a photograph of the wrong back fitted at your shop without our knowledge or consent, causing the phone to bend and glitch. Damage caused by the wrong back not physical damage as you claim.Still awaiting response to my email.Two weeks after emailing, still no response. You now claim that there's a 10mm chassis protecting the screen, which is interesting considering the phone is not 1cm thick.Can you confirm that you have received my email as I am still waiting for your response. Fingerprint didn't work after the phone was 'repaired.'

I went into the shop 'off the cuff'.I explained what I wanted - a screen protector for my S9+. The chap found the screen protector... opened it and explained that it might not work as there was less than 1mm of the case overlapping the protector!I could have walked away, but with the competitive price I decided to go for it.It was fitted for free.The outcome is that his prediction has come to fruition - there is a slight cracking of the screen protector... but I had been warned.I also asked a question about a new SIM and was ready to buy. I was told that my demands might not be met by the SIM I wanted.I was impressed by the honesty and helpfulness on both counts. The priority was meeting my needs, not making a sale. I was really impressed - next time I need an accessory this will be my first port of call.

I've been in a few times now with various phone-related queried. Most recently to sort of a problem with my phone charging. The guys in here are really nice, friendly and so helpful. You can tell they know their stuff. I've also been in with a family member who also felt the same. Would recommend.

DREADFUL SERVICE; repairs were completed to my phone with fake parts which failed within 6 weeks. I took the repaired (dead) phone to Samsung & they confirmed the new parts were fake and badly fitted. Millennium Micros tried to suggest that someone else had done repairs on the phone after their repairs!!!! DON'T SHOP HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Wouldn’t go anywhere else . Replaced my phone screen within about 15 mins . Always helpful and trustworthy .Can’t recommend them enough . Thank you .

Great place to get keys cut cheaper than Timpsons. Good selection of mobile phone accessories available. They carry out mobile phone repairs and the staff are helpful.
