Really handy. Opening hours are brilliant. The staff are friendly. The prices good. Only complaint they don't sell goats milk! They have a reasonably good range of shopping. The flowers they sell are long lasting and lovely. All in all a good place to shop.

Staff are OK... my main gripe is that the fridges and freezers are left ajar a lot of the time you often see meat that is dark and on the turn ..surely they need to be kept closed to keep a certain temperature ...I also think that because it's a tesco express we don't get the special prices as you do in a tesco supermarket... its not fair Paston is rubbish for shopping ... stagecoach even took away the bus service that took us to Werrington Tesco supemarket ... so for those that don't have a car can't even get there anymore .. Paston is huge and its about time we had a better deal ...

Really handy as they're open until 11pm. Pleasant and helpful staff too which is a bonus, especially the lady who always seems to be there.

Good if you live local. Been a lot of times because I live up the road. The selection has definitely improved. The only thing that gets on my nerves is the random children crying their heads off at the tills.Overall lovely and tidy if you get there the right time.

Fed up with things getting put in the reduced fridge early. Went one Sunday at 1pm and saw beef burgers in there in a plastic tray/basket that hadn’t got a reduced sticker on. I was interested in buying them and asked a fella who was disappearing in the back room and he said ‘sorry but we don’t reduce anything until 5pm!’ Why were they in the reduced section then? They shouldn’t be in there until after they’ve been reduced. Seems to me that they are trying to get ahead to save time but surely you’d want to sell the beef burgers at the full price and leave them in the main display until 4.30 at the earliest. There was none in the main display at all. Very confusing and annoying to say the least as always finding things in there without a reduced sticker on that’s out of date that day so obviously a thing they do a lot.

Had to go round the store this morning to add a label to a parcel I was sending by EVRI and had delivered to the store yesterday unfortunately the store was closed until one o’clock today by which time my parcel would have been collected ,I was met outside by the most unhelpful little female security guard you could ever find the only words she knew wereTHE STORE IS CLOSED after explaining to her all I needed was a little help and not a full blown confrontational argument she eventually phoned some in the shop who I had seen going into the back door on my way in but she had insisted that the store was closed Thank goodness the male Tesco employee was much more helpful than the security guard ,my thanks to the young man from Tesco’s and who ever employs the security guard send her on a customer skills courtesy course or at least a good manners courseFive star for the Tesco staff

Security lady is rude and follows me all the time. I used to come here a lot. She did the same at werrington Tesco's and was rude to people during covid when we queued. Expecting us to stand in flower beds despite being plenty of room for people to walk around. She was moved from that store because we all complained.Seems she’s doing the same again. I maybe in a grey tracksuit honey but I don’t steal. You’re clearly really Judgemental. You clearly need to make people feel uncomfortable for some reason (maybe a power trip or something I don’t know) also your comment under your breath of “get a job” towards me. I do actually, I have 3! And probable earn 3 times the amount you do!So enjoy your head set. You love talking in to! We won’t be returning. We will go else where.

Arrived 22:53 and the door was closed. Was an emergency and never happened before. Will take it further as walked 15 mins for it. Knocked on glass and security person was showing me closed even though it was still 7 minutes until store is supposed to be closed. This is surely not due to company standards and needs to be investigated.

The music was blasting so loud that I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 3 minutes. I could barely hear my partner who was inches from me. I told the cashier and he just mugged me off. Poor customer service. They lost a customer today.
