Kat, Patrick and team took over the day to day management of properties that are let out through my agency. This has been in place for nearly a year and a half now and is working very effectively, thus enabling me to concentrate on other aspects of the business. The system has evolved as we have become more used to working with one another, the communication is good and I'm happy.

We tried to arrange to let a property through this company and were very keen on it. However, the estate agents heard from us that we were still selling our house and from that point onward were not interested in our offer. I told them our financial position, was secure and it was our plan to rent while we sold, but their line was simply, until you sell we can't help you.This just seems crazy. Worst part of it is, we are now renting just round the corner from this house and it's still on the market.I tried to phone them to clear it up. They never responded. I was left feeling like I wasted their time, and that no one cared enough to speak with me.Left with a terrible experience. And landlord is stuck with an unrented property 3 months down the line

I’ve been working with Patrick for a short period of time now and what a very positive, supportive and safe community of professional people they are. They willingly provide, help, information, words of wisdom and personal experiences. The level of expertise combined is amazing and concise with a hint of pinch of honesty and directness.I don’t normally leave reviews but when a service with advice is this good then credit where credit is due.
