Very rude and hang up the phone because they could not find my address on his system and then when questioned why did you hang up the phone his response was I don’t know why I just did because I can’t find your address and this is the first time I tried to use this restaurant there was no need to be so rude to me now I will never use this restaurant so no comment on the food so I hope it’s not as bad as the person’s attitude unfortunately this is the situation

Meal was meant to be ready for 7.10pm ordered and paid for online. however, on the order tracking the order is still sitting at ‘preparing’ I have called a few times to find out when it will be ready (I thought we’d got cut off the first time!) but it turns out the keep hanging up on me when I ask when my order will be ready. As you can see from screenshot the food is still not ready after being ordered 90 mins ago. Have no way to get a refund and no food. Left this review to warn people not to order and pay for online as they keep your money and don’t make your order. After talking to others tonight about my experience apparently this happens all the time- please don’t fall for the ‘easy’ online ordering system. Now concerned these con men have my bank details too.

I moved here about 8 months ago and this takeaway does the best Chinese I have ever had.I always collect, and the man who gives is always friendly. Food is always very warm.The price and food is just fantastic value.Once they were closed and we ordered from somewhere else, a bit more expensive and we were dissatisfied because fortune dragon just always provides top notch Chinese food. They also have fantastic deals, me and my partner manage to eat well and have some left overs for just 20 pounds. Highly recommended if you are nearby:)

Absolutely horrendous service. We ordered a delivery at 18:52 on New years Eve, and after 3 hours and lots of ignored calls, they answer and say 'can you collect'. HORRENDOUS. 2 children upset and hungry, and 2 adults very angry.

if you food turns up it's OK, but on the last two occasions the food arrived over two and a half hours later, on the first occasion I call to enquire where the food was, and was yelled at by the guy on the phone, and told me to come and collect it. second occasion, couldn't even get through on the phone. just not good enough.I won't ever use again, do you self a favor and choose a different restaurant now.
