Very handy place on your door stop

Fake and unsafe diesel.3 miles after filling up, my Engine management light came up for faulty diesel filter! I immediately drove to top up with BP super diesel.I rang them up but they fobbed me of to Brighton office! Dreadful

Wow where to start just been in to purchase something and the guy behind the counter so rude saw me coming in the shop BUT proceeded to Carry on with what he was eating this is not the first time he is obnoxious and rude maybe the management need to look at hiring staff that really know customer service I have been in the retail industry before and know that this is not how to treat peopleReturned again to this garage to purchase some items to be told by the same rude man that we can’t pay by cash only by card otherwise he would have to count the cash in his till again also he was very rude again please if somebody does not get in contact in will take this complaint to trading standards I’m sure they will be happy to help absolutely disgusting behaviour by upper management asking me to email them personally and then don’t even get a reply
