Doesn't seem reliable at all. Would not recommend! As many others have said, bad communication and don't always arrive.

She never replies to your messages unless you beyond chase her up.She turned up a nearly hour late, and then verbally had ago at me.The moment she opened her van door.Which was quite shocking, beyond unexpected and really upsetting for both me and my dog.She then started ranting on about how she found a comment I did on Facebook.It was a reply to someone else, who she's been ignoring messages from.And I just stated in a comment that she never replies to messages.Which is true!I kept my cool and just walked off.As wasent gonna confront her.(I live next to her, and I waited for her, where she parks her van outside her house).Just so people know she didn't travel to me.Not to mention, I stood outside in the freezing cold for an hour waiting for her!Afterwards, while I was trying to calm down.And she sent me a horrible message going on about how she won't ever groom my dog, etc.And it genuinely made me cry about how horrible the message was and how unprofessional she had been.So she beyond turned up late.Then started on me instead of apologising for the lateness.I wouldn't even give one this business one star if that was an option.Also, I don't understand why she dident just message me beforehand to express how she felt.Instead of wasting my time and making me and my dog stand in the cold.Look up reviews of this business. It's good to know I'm not the only person who's had issues like this.

Not very good and didn't arrive on the time that was arranged. Bad haircut due to having to rush off to another appointment
