Chilly Kiddy's Soft Play Area
We went there for my sons birthday back in July. We didn't have the party package but the staff still reserved 6 tables for us so we could all sit together. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for making a special day even more special.

Chilly Kiddy's Soft Play Area
We went on a Sunday, so there were a few birthday parties on, it was very loud (obviously) so not great if your kid has sensory issues with a lot of noise, a quiet room would be useful, they might have one, we just found a quiet corner. Despite being so busy, staff were pleasant, constantly working clearing tables, and service was prompt. Can't ask for much else really!

Cheap meals and lots of fun for the kids. Staff are friendly and lovely towards the children. Their party package is really good and competitively priced. Neen hear since my eldest (now 13) was a toddler. Great place to go!

The children really enjoy this place, totally safe atmosphere,have been a few times ,when very busy and also not so. Great when the weather is bad to keep the kids happy for hours. They do a good range of snacks and drinks at very responsible price's.

Chilly Kiddy's Soft Play Area
It is smaller than expected, and over crowded. Not sure if there is a limit to how many kids can be in there, but if there is then it needs to be reduced. Our kids, and others on our visit had too many accidents due to the area being so crowded, and older kids knocking the smaller ones down constantly causing cuts, and bumps.I was surprised at the parties, but think there could have been an issue with parents organising as there was no food for kids with allergies, and foods being mixed. The food was also mostly biscuits and fruit, which was disappointing.The party host was lacking in fun and motivation. Parents had to go round filling up cups for kids that had been ignored, and same with sauces.Overall, not a good experience, and our kids were not so happy.

Really great large play area, lots of routes and different areas for the kids. Nice to have a section just for under 5s too. The toilets are good and it's not too bright and the music isn't too loud. It was a good temp in there, a little cool but that's totally good for the kids running around, uncomfortable if it would've been too warm and stuffy. Parking was good and overspill parking across the road, free. Friendly staff and they didn't interfere with kids, all parents were responsible and autonomous for their own children which is as it should be. Book a timeslot in advance to ensure space.

Chilly Kiddy's Soft Play Area
Great place and very competitively priced. I brought my grand daughter who is 18 months old and she loved it. Unlike some soft play venues there was a really good designated area for under 3's. I was able to order a kids meal with my admission for £1! The staff were very welcoming and the venue was very clean. We will certainly be back!

Chilly Kiddy's Soft Play Area
The staff have been so helpful and accommodating. The only soft play I take my kids as it’s the cleanest and most accessible. The gaps are made big enough so that you can go up with your kids if they need some help or just want you to go with them. Also has a good area for under 5s and babies, which I find most places don’t have. Thank you for a lovely party for my son today he had a great time x
