My assessor was very kind, even helping me find the building and coming out to get me from the lifts. The assessment itself was calm and professional, and I felt listened to throughout. Any questions I asked were answered without judgement and I was sent my report on time.

Absolutely great experience with DSA ! I got an appointment for the DSA study needs assessment the next day during what was a stressful period, and other companies were giving me a 6-7 week wait which was too close to uni start! Very efficient and organised!The meeting itself went very well with an adviser called Henry, we clearly went over my previous DSA report, since this was just to reassign me an assessor. We added things into the report and was very straightforward, I felt like all my needs were being considered beforehand so I could be in a good position if I myself didn't know what to expect. It was clear, direct and communication has been great! Such a relief!!
