If you're serious about martial arts, this is the only club worth your time and money.Teachers are very observant and clear with their teachings.Students are welcoming and harvest a friendly and great learning environment.Facilities are hygienic and the staff are well aware of how to treat you if you get injured.Can't recommend this club enough.

My children and I have been attending UA gym for about 6 months. It is the perfect place for a working mum to get fit, as the kids class is at the same time as the ladies only class. Making it very convenient to drop off, have my own class and pick up.The staff are always incredibly helpful and supportive.Highly recommended!

Kids really love it here! The timings of the sessions are very good and the teachers are very supportive. The best thing is that they are reasonably priced.

Professional, welcoming, friendly and the place to learn and train.Yesterday was the first time i visited the gym and i can’t wait to get back for another session. The owner Hamza and the team are very welcoming and serious about helping you achieve your goals and get stronger. They offer all types of classes and have dedicated coaches in each discipline. Wrestling is tough lol and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their fitness or develop their game. Anyone that likes to train should give this a go and the first session is free. Banging Muay Thai and overall MMA gym!The trainers have incredible skills, and the session seriously level up your fighting abilities.I’ve personally never felt secluded from the experienced members as it is very accommodating to new members.The sessions are intense with training which is exactly what you want when doing any martial art.Highly recommend for both the new and experienced!

I used to go to this gym many years ago when they first started and it was awesome with great atmosphere and very good trainers. After a long break I eventually went back is still as perfect as it was back then. Friendly people who are supportive and great martial arts gym for beginners to expert levels.

Great Club. Fantastic team. Pushes you to the limit and each coach does everything to get the best out of you. Very experienced coaches and most important of all, very good people as well.

With the limited time I have had there I have nothing but kind words towards the gym, the coach and the other students. Having not done a martial art since I was a child I was very grateful to be partnered with someone experienced enough to help/advise me when the coach was keeping an eye on the whole class. The workout/warmup before left me burning in the all the best ways. The sparring was well balanced. Even the email correspondence I had with them was concise and helpful in answering my questions. Absolutely brilliant place.
