Comfortable room with a few issues. Would like some information on how your keycard is needed for your room. Our shower was also leaky and the towel warmed didn't work but no major issues, and was more than made up for with its location.

Nous y avons séjourné pour 4 nuits lors de notre voyage à édimbourg. L’hôtel est charmant et sa situation est vraiment parfaite à proximité de tout. Le personnel était présent en permanence et très serviable. La chambre quant à elle était très confortable, un seul point a revoir le ménage qui est déjà bien fait mais pourrait être optimisé. Il y avait des taches sur les rideaux, les vitres n’étaient pas faites et sous le canapé lit pas mal de poussière.

This place is perfect if you're looking to explore Edinburgh with friends and family. Firstly the location is very much in the city center with shops, restaurants, view points, bus stations and tourist spots all at a walkable distance. Secondly there's availability of both apartments and service rooms. The apartment was exquisite with ample built-in facilities. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. You can opt in for breakfast served in the facility or else just walk down the street which has plenty of restaurants. The staff is polite and cooperative apart from a few people who might put you off your tourist feelings. Overall a great experience at a very good price.

A little gem in the heart of Edinburgh within walking distance of all the main attractions but also quiet and calm. We stayed in a lovely apartment that overlooked a quiet square away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Lovely and peaceful.The front desk staff were always helpful and polite whenever we passed by, and welcomed us with smiles.

The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the Royal Mile and train station.The service is excellent and prompt, from my communication before my stay and during the stay. Special thanks to Kizzy for her promptness in reply as we were affected by the massive train delay and to Rekel who resolved the issue with the room lights efficiently. Thanks!

The hotel is in a perfect location, near to transport and most places of interest. It is good equipped and had a small kitchenette, you can cook small meal for yourself. People at the reception desk are very nice and helpful. Shortly, I can really commend it to all.

Amazing hotel! Right along the Royal Mile in Old Town, so very close to many shops, restaurants, and cafes and within walking distance to many of the main attractions! Edinburgh castle is about a 10-minute walk in any direction to get to different attractions, including Edinburgh castle and Arthur's Seat, and New Town to explore! Staff were welcoming and accommodating and the rooms were equipped with a fridge, stove, and countertops if you would like to cook your own food! The hotel also provided breakfast and had amenities including a gym. Would highly recommend staying here in Edinburgh! Will definitely be back.

A l arrivée un appartement sans chauffage. L accueil est venu nous expliquer et forcer le chauffage. Un homme très agréable à notre arrivée nous l avons remercie à notre départ. Une femme au cours de notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable.

Great apart hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Located on the royal mile so you're basically close to everything, but you're just outside the busy part of the mile so it's the best of both worlds
