Nice place with a lot things to do for kids. This place has an restaurant and a café. It would be great if they could in their daily offer include food for kids with allergies. My children only could eat French fries and that was realy yummy. All other things are nice. So that's why 4 stars.

Great prices , disability accessable lovely little cafe with great food.Play area outside for children plenty of places to sit and relax when you get to the gardens great place for family day out.I have been twice once 16 years ago and made such great memories with my children, and recently again to revisit with my adult kids, was a beautiful day out.So much to see and very educational. It has a little train that kids can ride on. Inside there is planets and dinos beautiful gardens.

[We visited during half-term using 2v1 gardeners world voucher.] - good value for the amount on offer.Planet earth museum where you start is very interesting and interactive for the children, a long maze-like room which you could make as long or short as you like. The gardens are well kept and are currently being decorated for the Xmas trail which gives a little extra to your visit. They have a small train, dinosaur trail and play area with arcade and some oldskool amusements which are fairly priced (25p for a token iirc), as others have mentioned it is a little dated but I feel this adds to the charm of the place.Staff seemed friendly and helpful, car park is decent although can get pretty full towards the afternoon. You exit into the garden centre with plenty of interesting things on sale and a very busy cafe (must be good but haven't tried), you do exit into the toy aisle as a heads up :)I would say paying full price would only be worth it if you are the type of family to stay for the whole day, if you just want to experience it for a couple of hours try to see about 2for1 tickets.

Excellent garden centre and café. Day ticket includes access to large playgrounds for all ages, soft play and arcades (games 50p). Crazy golf (£1). Lovely gardens and extensive museum/discovery/dinosaur trail. Miniature train rides at the café in school hols and weekends, only £1. Great day out and value for money.

There's lots to do here for younger children, I would probably say up to 12 years old. Some of it is a little dated but we found it quite interesting and my little one enjoyed it (age 10). It reminds me of places I used to visit as a kid which was fun.The price is reasonable and the shop has lots of toys and a mix of garden items and craft stuff. The gardens are beautiful and we had fun feeding the fish. They can be tricky to find but once you do they are fantastic to watch! The fish food is really cheap too.The cafe food was good. Would reccomend as a little day out.

Always love it here, especially with my family. Visit the dinosaur museum and children's play areas. If you are in the area its well worth a visit.

This is such a lovely Garden Centre. The Christmas section is wonderful, just like a Santa's Grotto , a giant one . I actually remarked to a member of staff how lovely it was. There is a lovely restaurant which has seating inside and plenty outside if you are hardy enough but in the summer it's lovely. There is a miniature railway that runs around the grounds for 300 metres or so. Its actually Newhaven's miniature railway , it has a guard and its really lovely. Kids must love it. The two restaurants are separated so the Dog owners have to stay in one of them. However I am a dog lover , but I really don't want too many yapping dogs around, so it is good for me. The menu is very good , the cakes look delicious. The coffee was delicious too. There is the usual choice of books , clothes , soft furnishings, sweets and Christmas decorations. It's really worth a visit .

I often visit PP to meet friends for lunch or to get plant inspiration. The cafe food is of a high quality and very tasty and the tables are quickly cleared and sanitised. The plants are more expensive than in some other places, but of high quality generally and far greater variety. There's a wide selection of gifts, clothing and gardening equipment, plus sheds and seats for sale. They also sell tropical fish and garden fish too.

Although the price of £11 per person initially seems a lot, inside is more than enough to justify this cost: a museum path with interactive exhibits through time, two large outdoor play areas, an inside soft play, arcade machines, crazy golf and several outdoor garden walks with miniature buildings of Southern UK historical points.Kid lunch box meals were reasonably priced at £5 for a drink, sandwich, crisps, jelly and raisins. Tokens were £5 for 20 to use in the arcade machines and the train was £1 per person to ride.
