I love our new carpet, the guys did an amazing job and was friendly. We picked our carpet on the 30th November and it was fitted yesterday on the 14th December, was less than a 2 week turn around. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get new carpets.

Brilliant service from start to finish.Our new carpets look fantastic. The fitters rang to let me know they were on there way and did a good clean job! Would recommend! And I'm sure we will be using them again when we need other rooms doing!

William and his team has done an incredible job with the the carpet fittings.Him and his team did the whole house at a reasonable price and the finishing looked amazing and made the house glow.The communication with William has been good.I am looking forward to be working with Billy Joe's carpets again in the next property.

Had a lovely carpet fitted on Tuesday 12 12.23 by Chris and Jordan. Brilliant service left clean and tidy. Brilliant service from start to finish by Billy Sr and his wife Billy Jr. and the fitters, of course. And even treated to get yourself a Latte on us "before I caught bus home on a very wet windy day on the day I went to pay for it. Highly recommended can't praise them enough. We got some excellent quality 80/20 wool carpet from 2 roll ends for a very good price. We had very helpful advice while choosing, and the total cost, including underlay and fitting seemed very reasonable. We had to remove the old carpet and underlay ourselves and dispose of it, and move as much furniture as possible out of the rooms, but it still seemed remarkable value, so I wasn't expecting as much care with the fitting. However, the fitters arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, friendly and thorough. They were here the whole morning and did an excellent job, including hoovering and cleaning up afterwards. Top job. It looks great. Really chuffed.

Brilliant from the get go! I visited Billy’s carpets first time. The man at the shop was very polite and booked me in the day after free visit to my house to price my flooring /carpets. Billy came and gave me great advice and showed me samples and quotes (great prices). They managed to fit my floor that weekend which were amazing no waiting around! Jake the carpet fitter was amazing he couldn’t of done enough for us. Took his time and made sure everything was perfect treated it like it was his own house!
