Went to locstafari to have starter locs. Had a consultation with Georgia who is very knowledgeable. Started my locs journey on the Friday. Georgia did good job and was quick too. Georgia and mavis both nice and friendly. Will be back in 4 weeks for a retwist. Looking forward to my locs journey.

*My first visit review*I’m writing this as I sit under the dryer. This place is excellent. I traveled here from west London because it was recommended by my mother who has been here once before. The salon is clean, well-decorated and spacious. I was greeted with a smile and friendly chat. My hair was treated with care and respect the entire way through my wash and retwist. The lovely lady who did my hair gave me advice and communicated with me the entire time so that I knew what she was doing. We discussed the health of my hair, maintenance and of course there was more friendly chitchat. Also, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone to book my appointment was friendly and gave me all the info I needed. I’ve been to other, more well-known (but in my opinion overhyped) locticians with multiple salons across London and my experience at Locstafari beats that by a long shot. More than happy to travel here for my regular appointments despite having other places nearer to me.*A few visits later*I cannot imagine going anywhere else to get my hair taken care of. Miss Georgia always looks after me and I feel so safe in her hands - I’ve even dozed off while she was retwisting me! There is another lady in the shop and she is also very gentle. They take excellent care of the salon, it’s always clean and tidy. They always use fresh towels, etc. I hope these ladies know what a fantastic job they’re doing - the make it look so easy but I bet so much goes into it behind the scenes. I have so much love for this place, will do whatever I can to support because they absolutely deserve it!Try them out, you won’t regret it.

Amazing Energy good staff I enjoy coming here for my locs to be done. The price is a bit to high however I feel they are QAULITY with their work. Will be coming again. Thx ladies. keep it going!

I started my coil locs here today and I couldn’t be more happy with the service, salon and my hair.I had my initial consultation with Georgia and she was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, so when I saw that a different stylist was starting my hair, I was nervous. Mavis started my locs and they ended up coming out beautiful. She took her time and give me nice neat parts and an excellent service, then Georgia finished me off with a nice holding style.For both appointment I was seen to on time, I walked in 10 mins early today and still was guided straight to the sink and my wash was started.The salon itself is clean, spacious, well decorated, has parking and great music to enjoy whilst getting your hair done.I travelled 55 miles for this appointment and I wouldn’t go anyway else now if they paid me to.Thank you ladies, see you in 6 weeks.

Very professional and clean salon. My appointment ran ON TIME and the stylist (Georgia) was very helpful. I have natural hair and struggled with persistent dandruff/itchy scalp for over a year. The herbal rinse I had was great and it turns out I was using the wrong products for my hair and now my problems are solved and my hair is as healthy as it’s ever been! I would recommend!

Lovely owner and staff. Took my nervous daughter in to have her hair done. This was the second attempt. The first time the stylist advised that my girl was not ready.She was right! This time my daughter said it was the best experience EVER. Said she felt pampered and taken care of. This is what young girls need. To feel special and look lovely.Thank you so much. This is how you run a good business.

Had a great experience here, they cared and made sure I was treated well. Overall great service and great people, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time having a salon experience and it was so relaxing. The ambiance from the meditative music and the scent of the candles and diffusers made me feel like I was at the spa which was awesome.I had a wash and retwist, the stylist even gave me a style for free in order for me to feel what it was like which was great. They’re a real attentive bunch.Whole experience was maybe 40-60mins. My hair looks and feels great, will definitely visit again next month.

Always a great service. On time and super fast! Always amazes me how many people they can wash and retwist in under an hour and a half
