Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when explaining why my laptop was running so slowly. It was in need of a more powerful hard drive. The work was carried out and the computer returned within a few days. Highly recommended!

I was having a small problem with my wireless driver and I brought it into User2 as they were close by. I met Cameron in behind the desk and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to fix the problem I was having, and was able to explain to me exactly why it was happening. I couldn't be happier with my experience there.

Misplaced the charger for my laptop the other day. Needed to get another one asap. The gentleman was very kind, checked my laptop, showed me two options I could go for with good recommendations.He made sure it was working fine and I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I have an issue. :)

Had a problem with my laptop and I naturally assumed the worse. The chap just checked over the power leads then fiddled with battery and right as reign and wouldn't take any payment. Good, honest company and super happy to have it on my door step. Definitely recommend.

I'd heard some good things from others who have used their services in the past, usually with cracked screens or other issues. When the time came that I needed a failed internal part replaced on my phone, it was no drama for User2. It was diagnosed and identified in minutes, and fixed ahead of schedule without any fuss. Saved me a handful of £££ by not having to replace a perfectly good phone.

My PC had been slow for weeks and I should not have waited until it crashed seriously, but User2 swiftly diagnosed the problems and offered a few solutions depending on my future needs for this machine and budget whether it was worthwhile investing in, and it was and now the extra Ram and system clean up had made a huge difference to the speed effeicint & reliability to my PC giving it years more life. They also fixed my laptop in a few hours too as it had been screwed up by conflicting Microsoft and Norton updates.Plus User2 called me to advise how the progress was going and when to collect which was extremely useful. So a solid 5/5.

I would highly recommend User2. I have used them on a number of occasions and the service is first class. Being a local computer shop it’s easy to pop in and get their expertise on any issues I have, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
