my Sister didn’t get the hair cut she asked for for her daughter and as my sister isn’t a argumentative person I have called up to complain about this and the manager refused to talk to me and seemed very rude on the phone! I wouldn’t recommend this hair salon at all!

I’ve been going to Associates’s for the last 12 years at least and I’ve always been very happy with the result. Kate is fantastic and does exactly as you ask. I’ve moved house a few times in the last 5 years but still travel to Associates as I don’t trust anyone else with my hair!
