Great bagels. Good service

Ordered 5 bagels for the office. 3 salt beef (with/without gherkZ), a bacon egg and cheese and a NY pastrami, all of which were beaut! Beef is really nice, next time i'ma cream cheese it up avec la salt beef. Ordered and were delivered within 30mins, all hot, all well nice.Will deffo order again. On their app you can actually edit and add instructions if you want something left out, which is huge!

Been here a few times now, the food is always great, so is the service. They put plenty of filling in the bagel and a great selection of choices. I'm not usually a bagel fan because I find them hard and dry but their bagels are lovely and soft. Definitely recommend, new favourite breakfast place

In our opinion, the BEST Bagels around. Can't recommend these guys enough. Our fave is the breakfast meal deal, so filling we don't eat till dinner time..!! I suppose we will just have to try all the other options on their menu, we are looking forward to that..!! Love the style of the shop too, great brand, great food, great people.

A nice bagel, but £5 for the smallest bagel you will ever have. I laughed when I was given it. It wasn't overly presented well either. Need to reconsider prices, not sure how they can justify such a price!

I do wish they would answer the phone! You can't leave a message even as it says there is mo more space to do so! Sort yourself out! It is such a shame as the food and drinks are good but this lets them down :-(

I ordered with Golden Bagel through Uber eats and couldn't have asked for anything more. Super duper speedy delivery from the most genuine happy friendly guy. The food was packaged perfectly to deliver piping hot perfectly prepared food that was so good, I'll be ordering from here again!

Ordered 4 bagels through just eat, received 3. No one is answering the phone. When you pay that much for the bagel and one of us stays hungry and then no one is asnwering the phone….My partner ended up driving ALL THE WAY TO BENFLEET, AND THEY WERE CLOSED AN HOUR EARLIER!!! Never again and will be calling back tomorrow for a refund as I can’t get it back through just eat as delivery is still showing as pending.Answer to the owner -Google says you close at 3. I will call you tomorrow to receive a refund as what we gonna do with that one bagel? One of us stayed hungry! Also, change your opening times as google says 3pm and you’re saying it’s 2 pm. Also, we did try to call you before leaving the review, but aperantly you’re closing at 2, not 3pm as google says. We even drove all the way to your caffe, but kissed the door and went back home. What a waste of time that was. Never again.

Wanted to check this place out for ages, never normally open when I’m passing. Ordered two smoked salmon & cream cheese bagels today, tasted as they should, except both bagels were stale, almost like rocks. Let’s hope new owner gets fresh produce every day, won’t be going back until new ownership starts.A bit pointless contacting a seller after the fact, (takeaway) especially as I don’t live local, sold ingredients should be fresh at point of sale.
