Laura displayed an amazing understanding of the canine mind.  The tools she gave us were simple yet effective and made Doug's stay with us a lot easier. He went home slightly more biddable and a lot less troublesome. The impact of just two one-to-one sessions was astonishing. We aren't sure if the main target of the training was the dog or us, but it certainly worked, and we all had fun.

Laura has been highly recommended by a very experienced vet nurse who is also a behaviourist. I scheduled a 20’ phone call with her to talk about the behaviours I would like to improve on my cocker spaniel puppy, Nina. She was an attentive listener and quite straightforwardly pulled a plan for us to work on. Nina and I have been enjoying and practicing all the fun games and activities she “prescribed” in our one-to-one sessions to work on Nina’s self-confidence issues. Now I’m looking forward to group classes!
