Rowtor Rocks
An interesting place to walk round. A bit of climbing to do. Nice views from certain spots. Ideally situated next to a pub, The Druid Inn.

Rowtor Rocks
Located behind the Druid Inn the rocks are accessed via a steep footpath which I am sure would be very slippery when wet. The rocks are a tremendous size and look as though they were inhabited in some way in the past.Steps on the actual rocks themselves are not suitable for young children and some of the precipitous drops at the edge would be fatal.

Stunning views that stretch for miles, your ideally going to need many hours if not a day to explore everywhere as its quite a walk to and from each section, the 9 ladies are alot farther apart than the rowter rocks we came too ; if driving to each section the experience can be quicker, only go on a dry day though as it is quite slippy on some parts, sheer drops on some parts too, so beware if your going with kids that they listen and stay safe, and definitely not for kids too young only at the ladies, over all a beautiful day and a great form of exercise

There was less to this site than I was expecting but I enjoyed the visit nonetheless. The rock formation and man made alterations are exciting to explore.

Park for free on the road before the pay and display car and walk up the steep steps and slope to get to the rocks.Brilliant views and great little family stop for an hour. 4 year old was able to get to the top so not terribly difficult if you are relatively active.

Rowtor Rocks
First thing to note: the location to start the path according to Google was wrong. We ended up at a ‘trail’ that was very hard to climb. Only at the top we saw a far more civilised path starting from the nearby pub beer garden. It’s lovely at the top with caves and trials and lots of natural adventures for kids to explore. Lovely views too
