Not a very big Starbucks since it is inside the mall. This is not an ideal place if you want to read a book or do some work on your laptop as the cafe could get crowded easily.The service was Swift as I went early in the morning. A few of the coffee options were marked as unavailable, so that was a bummer.

Always a lovely place to be. The drinks and food are on point and the staff are wonderful, really nice.Would highly recommend going in and with the Starbucks app you can order before and collect it without having to wait if you're in a rush

I went for pumpkin spiced latte and they couldn't make it so very disappointed. I know it's not the staffs fault and I've never had an issue with service or quality of products when I've been in before but it just gets on my nerves that the Leamington one always runs out of the seasonal stuff! I don't know if it's actually a supply problem or if the manager just doesn't look at previous years demand but it's not good business to always run out of what people want!

It's another Starbucks!As you'd expect, they stock the Starbucks menu in Starbucks cups with a good variety of cakes and treats - everything you could ask for from them really!Stand out at this Starbucks- It's well kept, could not tell how long they had been in this location because it is kept well.- The staff... they were amazing! Very friendly, very patient with our toddler taking his time to order, made a lovely deal out of calling him for his drink and making sure he got what he ordered... absolutely fab :)

Great variety of coffee and food. You can also get a pup cup for your dog, it is free of cost. Staff is polite. You can pay by card or cash.

Friendly staff and what you would expect to pay from a chain (bit expensive) but they we were told they couldn’t shut the door, so we were really cold. Won’t be going there unless summer. Everyone in there had coats on! Seems a ridiculous rule to leave door open where they are located.

It took ages to get our drinks on our visit. This was despite only one customer in front of us, and three members of staff? It would have been quicker to serve myself. Maybe the person on the drinks was training, in which case it is understandable. Otherwise at a busyvtine if year, we just wanted our drinks and to get going.We also had an option around paying more for charity? Seemed odd to me having gone to several chain and small business coffee houses of late. We just wanted our drinks at the price advertised on the menu. I paid anyway to support charity, maybe that is how Starbucks works?The drinks were fine, if not a little expensive almost £10 for 3 x small hot chocolates. No marshmallows either and we did not want cream.

I absolutely enjoy every visit I make here. I've never been to a coffee shop and been met with such a warm welcome before. The staff here are wonderful, they explained the starbucks reward system to me so helpfully and helped me set it up, I really appreciated the recommendations given to me on the drinks. I'm hooked on dragonfruit and mango refreshers!If you're looking to get a drink and it brighten up your day this is the place to go. Brilliant customer service!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff are miserable and standards have slipped dramatically since they franchised. Costa and coffee break are by far better in leamington.I worked in this starbucks nearly about 10 years ago now and I never remember it being that grotty, dark and miserable. Glad they got rid of the manger though as she was the rudest person I have come across!
