One of my favourite shops in Bideford. It is really Tardis-like* and they have a very good range of well, pretty much everything house/garden related, the staff are helpful (one of those places where you say you know a thing that does this and it's blue or red

WARNING: this is a terrible shop to browse if you have the tendancy to impulse buy... I love it!Friendly staff, very well stocked with everything you would want for day-to-day maintenance; from cleaning and painting to woodworking. Was also surprised to find that the power tools were very competitively priced.If you need anything just ask, they are very helpful.

This is my favourite hardware shop in Bideford, the staff are always friendly and accommodating, any questions just ask and they will always be happy to help.Its handy for locals being on Mill Street, and grockles like it too as it has Bideford merchandise.It's a little expensive, than other big stores but then you know you're help local businesses stay alive, and of course its quality items.

I bought a product but in less than 20 mins normal use it broke. It was too flimsy, badly designed and badly made.I was refused a refund. The assistantclaimed it was all my responsibility for two reasons: by not recognising it was poor quality before I bought it (buyer beware), plus insinuating I had misused it.Later.....The shop owner responded to my original online complaint by offering to replace the faulty product.
