Avoid this company at all costs. They are NOT REGULATED which means if they make a mistake or if something goes wrong by them, they do not refund you and the SRA WILL NOT look at your complain AT ALL! I instructed Landlord Advice UK early this year as it was recommended by Mr Sajjad Ahmad, the lawyer, who is in charge of this company and also the British Landlord Association (BLA) company. I have paid them around £2500 so far to evict my tenant which I regret it! They submitted the Possession Order Claim for me over 6 months ago, however they misspelled the defendant's name on the form carelessly and unprofessionally.I received a letter from the Bailiff Contact Centre nearly 3 months after the hearing date. They informed me the Request for Warrant of Possession is returned to me because upon checking the Court system and Possession Order, there was a discrepancy with the spelling of the surname of the defendant and they advised me to contact the Court and take it from there. We were very disappointed and frustrated to know about Landlord Advice UK's huge mistake after paying so much money to this company. I contacted the Court straight away on the same day. It took nearly 2 months for the Court to write to me &they informed me that my legal team (Landlord Advice UK) made a mistake by misspelling the defendant's surname and they asked me to submit a new application which I had to pay the Court again and do it myself as I do not trust this company anymore after making such as a very expensive and huge mistake. It has been nearly 3 months since we have been informed regarding the mistake by Landlord Advice UK! I have complained to the Court and also to Landlord Advice UK and Mr Sajjad Ahmad. The Court has informed me that my legal team has made a mistake and the Court followed the standard procedure as usual. They informed me it would take up to 16 weeks for the Court to look and assess my new application!!! Landlord Advice UK first denied making any mistake but latter they admitted which they made a mistake by misspelling the defendant's name. I have spoken to the Court on multiple occasions and also the Court has written to me and says they have investigated my complaint and says it was my legal team (Landlord Advice UK) who made a mistake on the claim form and the Court/Judge has followed the court procedure as usual!We were very close to book a Bailiff appointment in Aug 23, but unfortunately who knows how long we have to wait to hear anything from the Court or the Bailiff Contact Centre.We believe this is a negligence from Mr Sajjad Ahmad and his team and I have reported them to the SRA and also to the Legal Ombudsman! The SRA has informed me that Landlord Advice UK IS NOT REGULATED and advised me to contact Legal Ombudsman and also contact the National Association of Licensed Paralegals. I would not recommend Mr Sajjad Ahmad and his companies to anyone as their mistake cost us huge money and wasted our precious time.

I had very little knowledge of my rights as a landlord but she was extremely reassuring and provided me with all the details I required. It is because of her help that I have overcome the issues I was facing with my tenant.

Neel and his team did fantastic job to help me get rid of nightmare tenants who stopped paying rent since March 2023.so Section 8 and 21 were served.On the end we had to go through Court in order to get back Possession.They acted fast and professional and filling the forms was straight forward case, something that i normally always find difficult.Would recommend it .

I used them from the beginning of my case and expected my files to have been passed on to the new solicitor. This meant i was being asked questions that were previously answered. The new solicitor I was provided was impatient, the conversation was rushed. I definitely didnt get value for money.The previous solicitor was very experienced and was a very good listener. I wonder why there was no continuity.
