Silver Birch Care Home

I am so pleased with everything Silver Birch Care Home provides . The standards are extremely high across the board ,kindness , cleanliness. , atmosphere, friendliness, I could go on and on . It is not like a care home more like a 6 ⭐️Hotel .You really won't find a better place for care of your loved one . I recommend it to a friend and they have booked in , that's how much we like it . Dad on second respite stay and will be going back again .

Hello Sophie,I just had to write to thank you and your amazing team.The compassion & empathy you and your team have shown, not only to my Dad but our whole family has been amazing.Every single member of staff, regardless of their role has shown such kindness to us all. The level of care achieved at Silver Birch is faultless. Dad’s dignity is respected at all times.Last night my dad felt very low mood and two of your wonderful care staff stayed with him until he felt safe and ready to go back to sleep.I visit Dad almost every day and often witness the reception team showing the residents such kindness. Supplying them with drinks and snacks and most importantly lots of lovely smiles! Dad has a constant supply of lattes and hot milk always accompanied by a friendly chat from the lovely reception ladies.The food is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Each area of Silver Birch is absolutely spotless and maintained to the highest standard. Dad’s clothes are carefully laundered. Finally I will never forget the support you have given me personally. Yourself and your team are exceptional and I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would want my Dad to be for his last journey.From the bottom of our hearts thank you
