BE AWAREOrdered some diy stuff worth £175… was asked to pay cash only and wasn’t even given any receipt.I was told that it can be returned, upon repeated requests to return the owner ignored and kept on delaying to come to collect…After about a week took everything back to return. The owner without any reasons kept £30 and didn’t refund the full amount… suggesting it was restocking fee. Without telling the customer about that how will they know ?Outcomes:1. AVOID TAX AND VAT by asking for cash payments2. NOT GIVING RECEIPTS keep customer in the blind about return policy3. UNETHICAL TRADER by ignoring and abusing customers when items returned4. PREVIOUS HISTORY OF ROUGE TRADER - many people complain about being rude and bad behaved traderAVOID AT ALL COST.
