The Wilson Centre
Very lovely staff here. All are accommodating and friendly. We were assisted soon as we entered the main front door. Even the register officer were very warm and nice to talk to. There are enough seats for everyone while waiting. The colored arrows on the floor are a big plus especially for first timers. Overall, it was great experience visiting here.

Lots of staff. Needed a copy of birth certificate. Didn't know you had to be computer literate. Thankfully there was a middle aged male staff that helped me. What happened of course computer would not expect information. Thankfully the gent sorted things for me. Hence the two stars are for him. A system like this is rubbish. Still need a desk where you can get help. Wish council's would take notice.

Called 300 300 put me through to Wilson Centre enquire about birth certificate and was told i shouldnt have been put through and wouldnt tell me the price of birth certificate and told me id have to go online. Surely it would have taken her 2 secs to tell me the cost of a replacement. very poor

I can't get my housing benefit application sorted... and I could be evicted ! Help me please I suffer from anxiety depression and possibly a personality disorder that is unpredictable and I feel like I'm not receiving the support I need. Why is it we have to live next door to. Somebody who doesn’t care about his council house number 20 Helmsley grove willerby road hull it’s a tip throwing stuff out the bedroom window garden looks real bad doesn’t cut grass or weeds council don’t bother why we have to live next door not fare can’t council do something

Didnt helped me with my homelessness and told me straight in to face than im not an pioritet because im 18 now where after me an drunk guy got a house :))) really dont reccomend it. The personel should be ashamed by this honestly.

They do anything they can to get out of doing their jobs, don't take no for an answer from these people, they want you to just give up without a fight.
