If you place your order online and choose pickup, ignore the timer or the estimated 35 minutes. It takes an hour for one burger and fries to be prepared - I was told they have a tiny kitchen when I asked. That said, the burgers are really pretty good but the fries with anything on it ie. cheese or dirty fries are mediocre. Although I like their burgers, this was the last time I'll visit - they could've managed my expectations by simply letting me know when I arrived (40mins later) that they were running behind. I'd have been fine with that.

Ever since the new management have taken over the hot wings don't taste the same, the final outcome of the wings just doesn't come up to scratch, bits of uncooked squidgy chicken meat, sauce needs work. It's just poured on, put them in a bowl with the sauce and mix them up isn't that difficult. Dissatisfied and disappointed, have been coming regularly for a while and last night was the last I'll ever come here

Food is great, price is so good, and lovely inside. A few reviews said it was expensive but I thought it was cheap, we had so much food & couldn’t finish it. Staff were lovely aswell.

I always dread buying food at the higher end price but these guys never fail. I always feel proper satisfied and the quality of food and level of service is premium. Keep up the good work please!

Lovely little restaurant, went in the first week and although there were having slight teething problems we were given free drinks while we waited and discount off our next order. However I do feel they are taking far too many orders and rushing as the food I had last week was awful in comparison to the first time. My blue cheese burger had 3 slices of mushroom and a tiny bit of the cheese sauce. The burger had been so over seasoned with pepper that I was unable to eat it as it was burning my mouth. Granted its still new and these are things they need to be aware of in order to rectify their mistakes but at the price I paid I certainly wouldn't be in a rush to pay £10 for a burger that I was unable to eat again.

Ordered our first takeaway. Normally we order from five guys or stacks. No more. Absolutely bursting with flavour. Delicious! Best burgers in Bridgend!!

I can highly recommend Smoked Out, the food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.The burgers are unique and is a good price and cocktails was fab. Best to try it yourself!

Food is always great, and this evening looks like I made a mistake and didn't click delivery. When I rang up and asked about a time they explained. I wasn't annoyed but told them not too worry and then they rang me back and said they would deliver for me anyway.Great service very thankful.P.s. I would not have left a bad review for my own mistake and I wasn't upset with them for my own mistake!Very grateful! Thanks
