Our first visit to a Harvester. Unfortunately the steak ordered was very tough, the chicken skewers were very dry, the haloumi skewer, each piece was over cooked. The burger was ok. Our waitress Daisy was lovely and polite, and bless her appeared to be the only one working. Lots of other staff walking around, but hard to get their attention. Daisy said she would pass the message on to the kitchen. The poor girl didn’t have the chance to clear starter plates before our mains arrived. By the time we left our table was full of plates and uneaten food. Very disappointed with the food. Having been in the service industry for 30 years I don’t think we will be returning. Despite complaining about the food no offer was made to even try an compensate in some way. It’s not always about money off but to at least offer goes some way in showing that the establishment care. I have to say the even the salad bar was looking rather tired and neglected. Just a very unfortunate experience. A few more floor staff might help too.

Normally I had it delivered through just eat, but took the plunge and went into the restaurant. Had a steak and ribs, so much better when it is freshly made and delivered quickly. Lucas was fantastic and pleasant. Felt very welcomed by him. Will definitely be making another visit in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 8 including our grandchildren of 5 and 7. The salad bar was great for them. we thought the children's menu was great not just nuggets and chips!! And the children's free desert of build your own ice cream was fantastic.

Breakfast with Santa was brilliantly organised and our waitress Daisy was very attentive and friendly. Food was great! Santa and his elf were amazing with our daughter and she absolutely loved the experience. Thanks to all the team at The Barn!

A very lovely place to celebrate our 49th Wedding anniversary. Staff was friendly, clean & tidy, food hot. Salad bar stocked up.I would recommend to anyone.

While the food and atmosphere was just lovely the true star of our night was the lovely and friendly service. Our server Scott was beyond wonderful, besides giving us the best recommendations and a good laugh or two he made sure we had everything we could possibly want even during a busy rush. 5 stars!!

Great food and outstanding service. Our server was Scott who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our visit. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made the meal truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us.

Came here for lunch while away with the family, so even though I'd booked a time on the app and even had it confirmed, when I got there it was still another 20 minute wait, so we opted to sit in the bar area, but you have to order the food yourself at the bar, but they will bring it to your table.I have to say the salad bar was all fresh and for once at any harvester I've been to there salad bar was the best, myself I only eat lettuce, the pasta and this time I tried there potato salad which was really nice... the breads were all cold, and when cut open were just dry inside(didn't even bother eating them)Food came out and my bread was hard, salad had definitely seen better days, chips were OK the best park was the chicken...I think I'm done with this brand now, it's always the same...

On arrival we waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. While waiting we saw a waitress walk past us 6 times with 2 plates of food looking for the customers, who were soon to receive very cold dinners, because she couldn't find them. My online reservation had requested somewhere quiet (this survey is even address to me with quiet" in the title) but we were sat in the middle of the restaurant. I asked for a quieter table and despite there being a nice quiet zone available we were still sat in a reletivly busy section. We used the toilets before ordering and I notified the manager that there was only one cubicle with toilet paper and only one dispenser with a tiny amount of soap left. Not ideal in a restaurant with a self serve salad bar. Our meal was OK (when we got the correct one). Nothing special
