Contacted Peterborough Hot Tubs under short notice as moving house, they were able to help and assist me through their online chat and booked my collection and redelivery of my hot tub which was a huge stress reliever. They operated in a professional and effective manner on the day in exceptional heat and delivered my hot tub to my new property without fault. I had a hot tub delivered as a relocation yesterday and I was very impressed with the service provided. The three young men who put the tub in place were polite, friendly, professional and efficient on an extremely hot day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who values good service.

Fantastic company to deal with. Very informative & helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Fast delivery and our hot tub has been one of the best purchases we ever made! We will definitely use them again and won’t hesitate to recommend to anybody.

We used Peterborough hot tubs to move and store our hot tub while we moved house from Norfolk to Weymouth. They were so friendly and really helpful, we were amazed at how easy they made it all look. We would highly recommend them for their professionalism, friendliness and can do attitude. Thank you so much guys

Service was good but damaged hot tub, after numerous messages and phone calls about this problem, they have never got back to us and haven't made any effort to repair the hot tub. I am quite disappointed with customer service, they take your money and not interested afterwards!I will never use this company again so just be aware of our experience before you book with Peterborough Hot Tubs!!!!!!!!

Professional team, with the knowledge you need if you're thinking of getting a hot tub. I wouldn't consider anyone else in the area, and I can recommend them highly. They've done several jobs for me, and each one I've been very pleased with.

Very nice efficient and friendly company. Managed to move our hot tub when other had run out of ideas. Saved us money but taking down and putting back up a fence, rather than having to use a crane. Highly recommend to anyone needed a hot tub relocating.
