After a flood from a neighbouring property, which caused damage to 4 rooms, I contacted Willow Services for a quote. 2 months and 3 incorrect quotes later (they seemed completely incapable of recalling either the work that was required or the hour long conversation about said work), I received an email declining to quote further" instead of actually attempting to get it right. Thus leaving my son and I without a fully operational bathroom for Christmas. What an absolute joke of a company."

We used Willow Plumbing for a full replumb of our cottage. Provided a quote quickly, and arrived earlier than expected which was great. Already booked in for future work. Fantastic company.
