from walking in just the front door dropping a van off, no hello how may i help... just, have you booked it in, just cant turn up you know.no eye contact just points to a doorway saying service that way...sorry but you have the rudest staff on reception i have ever delivered too....and then you were even rude to the person whom i had recovered into your depot with your broken down van..
