Stay away. If I could give no stars I would. £22500 for a ford tourneo custom that we paid for by transfer then collected 2 days later. Lee the salesman said the vehicle was perfect. There was multiple cracks in windscreen that we didn't notice at the time because it was pouring down. We sent Lee a video and he suggested they weren't there when it left. Then he said claim through insurance and j and j will pay excess. Still waiting!!! We were promised a service history that we're still waiting for!!! No history, no ford warranty!! Thanks Lee. And just basic stuff the number plates fell off 6 miles down the road. Bit of an issue when your driving to Swansea. We've given up up chasing these amateur car sales now. Very very bad experience. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a car from Lee and Jim at jjcars, my first time buying a used car, so I was a bit apprehensive. I needn't have worried! The car was perfect for me and I was helped through the process every step of the way. Lee was patient, not pushy and very professional. Next time I want to change my car they will be the first people I call. Great service and can highly recommend them.

Bought a car from this garage in February. Cant do enough for you when they think you are buying a car. But be warned if there are problems once the car is purchased its nearly impossible to get answers. Their salesman lee is diabolical at sorting things out, never returning calls or messages. Never again and would not recommend

Am enjoying driving again, five days into driving my 2015 Ford KA 1.2 acquired from J&Jcars. 2015 by year but as good as new in looks and performance. Can't speak highly enough of Lee at J&J though to be honest, the car sold itself. It was exactly what I was looking for, having been driving the same car for 12 years, a car my late wife and I purchased together. So many memories, too many so the need to move on had arrived. J&J provided the perfect answer. The whole process was handled with great sensitivity and understanding. I could almost say it was a pleasure to spend the money, but let's not get carried away, eh? Excellent all round service! I used this company before & I was so impressed with the customer service I decided to use J & J Car Sales again. I'm very impressed : friendly, helpful, efficient, easy transaction. Nothing was too much trouble; easy part exchange with no 'hard sell' & good deal agreed on. All the paperwork, finance etc was efficiently set up for me so stress free experience. The Nissan Qashqai I purchased was in excellent condition, fully valeted, serviced & MOT done. I was offered a good test drive prior to decision & when I picked car up, time was spent showing me around the controls & making sure I was happy with everything. Friendly and inviting....to get the sale. My water pump broke a few weeks after my purchase and it was like pulling teeth to get the garage to fulfill the warranty promise on the car. Looks like a reoccurring problem from other reviews.

Lee was very professional and very helpful when I was looking for a new car. I brought a Volkswagen up and had a little trouble with the break pads but Lee helped me arrange for them to be sorted. I was also struggling to get the garmin device that came with the cater to connect to my phone and work properly again Lee helped me get it all sorted! I would definitely look to buy a car from here again and I will also be recommending them to family and friends if they are ever looking for a car!

Dealing with J&J Cars Sales and Caravans has been one of the worst experiences of my life.Disgusting, Disgraceful, Outrageous, Awful customer care.Bought Motorhome for £12300 and after one week the ceiling was full of water.Formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but was flatly refused any refund.All emails ignored until threatened with court action as vehicle was sold not fit for purpose.Court procedure started. Still no refund.Manager eventually contacted me offering £11000 to settle. I refused and he became angry and hostile.Motorhome resold by J&J without my knowledge or consent despite still having the V5 in my name. Still no refund.Court starts CCJ process against J&J unless full refund plus costs settled within a 28 days. Still no refund.Documents sent via DCBL for high court writ to be served against J&J for full refund or cost of goods to cover value.Full refund plus costs finally received but too late to stop the CCJ’s against both companies being awarded.Eight long months of unnecessary and ridiculous behaviour costing J&J £1500 more than a refund, and CCJ’s affecting their credit for 5 years.Their arrogance really outweighs their intelligence.Please, please stay away from these dodgy, disrespectful, unhelpful, bullying, ignorant, arrogant people. They don’t care at all once they have your hard earned money.

The worst aftercare I have ever encountered. Stay well clear. Lee the sales manager totally ignored my issues after taking my £10,000 .I feel let down, angry and annoyed.I will never deal with this garage again!!!
