Called this morning to arrange a callout as a shelf had fallen into the bath tub chipping a huge hole. Was told there was an engineer in the area, but not sure he could attend today. So arrange another day, was called a few hours later and tole the engineer could attend today (with 40 mins of the call). Gent arrive, lovely and polite and professional dis his stuff and left. Felt very safe in today's world of COVID-19. Will be recommending you guys the service was amazing. Thank you

I paid for a small crack in my bath to be repaired and was told it would last many years and it would be as strong as the rest of the bath, with a 12 month guarantee. The repair failed after less than ten uses in around 7 months. I contacted The Bath Doctor, it took several phone calls and I had to send a copy receipt by email and followed up again by phone to be told it was only covered by 6 month guarantee. They are unprofessional, saying I was advised verbally of their 6 month guarantee during the repair which I dispute. I would not recommend the Bath Doctor, they are unprofessional and offer a bad quality service and after sales support.

Have used the services of The Bath Doctor St Helens and cannot recommend them enough. Joe the technician is polite helpful and does an amazing job and Sharon at the office is very helpful ..I had a small chip in my bath repaired and its as good as new!!.. Excellent prompt service all round.

We paid for a Truestone shower tray repair and were led to believe the repair was guaranteed for two years as per website statement. TWO YEAR GUARENTEE ON ALL OUR WORK" The repair failed 8 months later so I contacted The Bath Doctor. It took three calls and failed promises of call backs by the company for them to tell me repairs are only guaranteed for six months. There was no mention of this at any other point. Communication from The Bath Doctor was poor throughout. We found them unprofessional and I would not recommend."

Having just moved into our new home we found the bath to be cracked. Superb communication with the Bath Doctor and they have just been out and carried out an excellent repair. Arrived on time and thoroughly happy with the result. The bath lives for another day!

A superb job done by The Bath Doctor's representative yesterday. He arrived on time and was courteous and helpful. He took the utmost care in preparation and the end result is wonderful - like I have a new bath! Thank you Bath Doctor, highly recommended.

Crazy drivers on the public roads. Vans are in a condition that put life in danger for other drivers. Vans are not secured.
