Went into Bramhall Mobitech for a damaged microphone / speaker on my Samsung 10. Initially it was believed it'd take two days to repair , but within an hour it was fixed . The price for repairing was actually very generous and the gentleman who repaired it was very professional. Haven't had a problem with my phone since then . I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful gentleman. Put a new screen on my phone which the glass cracked after being dropped on a tiled bathroom floor. I left my phone for 3 hours at the shop and returned to find it as good as new with a free screen protector. Thank you.

In the interests of leaving a fair review, I’m giving them 2 stars. The first star is because you can’t leave 0 stars and the 2nd star is for the speed of their service, it’s quick. They managed to ruin my iPhone in just one hour. I took it in for a new battery and screen. They didn’t mention that the new £70 battery wouldn’t be a genuine item and that it would offer less battery life than my old battery. The new battery was registering 50% charge by mid day each day after very little use. The new screen initially appeared to be great but I couldn’t access the torch or the camera icons at the foot of the screen. I took the phone back 3 times and each time I was fobbed off with excuses, one of which was that they couldn’t get genuine batteries because they are no longer available. The excuses surrounding the faulty replacement screen varied every time I took the phone back. So I bought a “genuine” battery on eBay for £29 and paid another local phone repair centre to fit it. Naturally they refused to refund me for the non genuine battery when I tried to return it, so I claimed against my credit card and got all my money back. Moral of the tale.. use another mobile phone repair centre or pay by credit card, the chap who works in there has a thousand excuses and will lie and swerve all responsibility if and when things go wrong.. oh and perhaps I should mention that the chap who works behind the counter smells like a dead rat..personal hygiene is definitely not on his radar..

Best repair shop in the town cracked my phone while getting out of car came to this wonderfull place got my screen replaced on an iphone 14 pro in a very good price with a free screenprotector so that i dont break my phone again lets hope but yeah must visit for broken phones

Been to this place the jentleman inside the shop was and amazing guy he change housing of my phone and was done within 1 day and now my phone looks like brand new must visit for fast and reliable service

Brilliant this place fixed both my phone and my macbook had absolutely no issues with the repairs, all done within great time and absolutely no problems with the quality of the repairs being amazing and at a reasonable the people who work there were helpful and lovely highly recommended :)

I had a visit to Mobitech for my 12 Pro Max and I'm so happy woth the repairing service I got. I got to know that this shop is under new management, and the new staff is really helpful.

My iPhone 11 screen was quite badly damaged but in half an hour, it was looking like a brand-new phone again. I can’t recommend Mobitech in Bramhall highly enough. If any of your devices need repairing, this is the place to go. Amazing service all round. Delighted with my phone. Thanks so much
