Arranging flights to Australia and decided to give Baldwins a try and I'm glad we did. Adelle went through all the different options with my wife and myself and helped us pick the best flights, all easy and very smooth. However the excellent service didn't stop there as we had to rearrange the flights home twice (!) and Adelle did so with no fuss and very professional. Would I use them again, absolutely, would I recommend them to friends definitely. Very happy customer : )

Excellent & Efficient Service.I recently was arranging a trip to Australia & New Zealand and usually do all my own travel planning and booking on-line but was struggling with this one so decided to pay a visit to Baldwins Travel to see if they could help and could not have been happier with the service they provided. Adelle took care of everything needed and made the process trouble and stress free and at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend them and will definitely used them again in the future.

I've booked every cruise I've been on through Baldwins Travel (Tonbridge) and couldn't have asked for better service every time. Trevor's extensive knowledge on all aspects of cruising put me completely at ease with anything I was unsure about. I took on board suggestions for cabin locations, dining options and excursions and was never disappointed. They are totally unresponsive. My cruise booking was cancelled because of Covid in April and despite my refund being made to Balwins in June I have not received any refund at all. Balwins are holding thousands of pounds of my money and won't even answer any phone calls or emails. Disgusting and criminal, do not do any business with this company.
