Rob is a patient tutor who always gives an interesting, informative, nicely paced enjoyable lesson with some theory to help with the practical.He has alternative suggestions ready if I need to try a different approach.I am a leftie learning on electric and acoustic.My acoustic is much easier to play now that Rob has re-strung and set it up for me.

I have been learning with Rob for around 18 months.A great teacher who clearly (and patiently!) demonstrates, explains and challenges me to learn. I started from scratch and I'm now playing music which would have been impossible a year ago!We have been running lessons through Zoom which has worked really well.I whole heartedly recommend him.

I am an older student, returning to the guitar. I’ve been having lessons from Rob for some months. He is helpful, patient and knowledgable. He sets out our sessions to suit my aspirations and my stage in learning. He makes the sessions as enjoyable as possible and I do feel that, since starting with Rob, I have made solid progress. I would recommend him very highly.

I have been having lessons with Rob for over a year now. During the pandemic we have used Zoom which has been fine. Covers all elements of guitar, I've learnt theory, fundamental and practical skills from Rob and am a better player as a result. Rob is patient and calm and will always ask what I'm interested in learning whilst offering his own ideas of how to improve my playing. Would 100% recommend, good value and really good lessons/teacher.
