Chris teaches both my daughter and I, with her starting out and me having returned to guitar after many years. Chris is great teacher, being enthusiastic, structured with his learning and also a great guitarist. We both really enjoy our lessons with Chris and I would recommend him to others.

Honestly, we cannot praise Chris at The Guitar Faculty enough. His energy and enthusiasm is highly engaging and the progress my son has made is incredible!!!Lessons are well balanced between technical work and song choices well suited to my sons preferences and ability. It is evident, that Chris strives to deliver the highest standard of lesson and I feel that his lessons are incredibly good value for money. I would not hesitate in recommending Chris for the teaching of guitar lessons for all ages and abilities, and feel very fortunate to have him as a role model and tutor for my son.

Chris has been teaching my daughter guitar for 3 years. He is an outstanding tutor. His skill and knowledge (not just practical, but theory too) is excellent and most of all he has managed to make the process engaging and fun. We look forward to having him here each week. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough!

Chris has been teaching my son for a year now and he is just fantastic. He shares his wide musical knowledge, and his passion about guitar, and has very effective teaching methods. My son has made huge progress and loves guitar more and more everyday !

Chris is an amazing teacher. Our son plays bass guitar and has learnt so much from him (much more than from his GCSE music class).He is both friendly and professional and really knows his stuff. Our son has been asked to join a number of bands (including with professional and signed artists) on the back of Chris's teaching.There is obviously a reason that everyone in our locality are desperate to use him!I would strongly recommend him to anyone (young or old) wanting to learn or improve their guitar or bass playing.

Chris has been teaching me guitar for almost 2 years now. He is a brilliant guitarist and a superb teacher. His enthusiasm and communication skills are excellent. He's been teaching me technique and a bit of theory but doing it through learning songs, riffs and solos (so I never get bored). Absolutely brilliant - I really look forward to the lesson each week!

Chris is a fantastic guitar teacher. My son thoroughly enjoys his lessons with Chris and looks forward to his sessions each week. Chris is talented and knowledgeable, he has really championed my son to improve his guitar playing, his theory and expand his musicianship throughout his music GCSE and now continues to do so beyond this. Would highly recommend Chris to others.

Chris has been teaching my son guitar for eighteen months. He is a very thorough and patient teacher, and makes a real effort to make the lessons interesting. My son really looks forward to his sessions with Chris and his playing has improved a lot since he started teaching him.

Chris has been teaching my son guitar since November 2016. He's excellent. My son is coming on so well and looks forward to his lessons. Chris is encouraging and helps build confidence. He encourages him to play music he enjoys but also to stretch himself with different styles of music too. Chris is very approachable and open to suggestions and is easy to talk to. He always keeps in contact with us and the communication is great.

Chris is an excellent guitar teacher - he's patient yet thorough in his approach and he tailors his lessons to your individual needs. This, combined with his positive and enthusiastic manner, made learning fun. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to learn to play guitar.
