staff blocking Gluten Free shelf with stock (not the first time). checkout staff seeming like i was a nuisance because i asked if i could swipe my Nectar card, as she failed to ask me if i had one...

I went in for a bag of ice to find there was none in the freezer. As I was leaving the shop I mentioned it to the staff and they went to look in the back of the shop for some and found 1 last bag. Happy days. The staff are brilliant in that wee shop.

GOOD POINTS - Handy shop if your just after a few bits. Pay Point for gas and electric top ups. Open 7am till 11pm ever day including sunday. BAD POINTS - I only have one issue and that is the security guard that works in this shop. I use this shop on a regular basis but today the security guard decided to instantly follow and watch me everywhere i went even though there was at least 6 or 7 other people in the shop. I understand he has a job to do but he needs educating on the job he is employed to do and not make customers feel like they have done something wrong.

Very friendly helpful staff, but not the easiest store to get around, i am a disabled person but even for able bodied people its not easy to get round the store on Ings Road its so cramped, they have tried there best to open the store up a bit to make space but itz not enough, its such a shame because i like sainsbury's and there open hours, sorry it couldnt be a more positive feedback.
