Quality of hair was great however very unreliable and lack Custormer focus. Even with ringing and messaging salon numerous times being over the course of a few weeks wasn’t able to secure an appointment, last contact with them I was told they will get back to me. Which they never did, I get they were busy as they had an few occasions going on, but not very professional as this has been nearly 2 months and not heard anything. Had to go elsewhere to have maintenance.

Well what an absolutely horrible experience!I am 38 years and have been wearing hair extensions on and off since my 20's. I have had a break off about 18 months due to being on maternity leave but contacted my previous hairdresser to check pricing and availability last week. The only reason I wanted to try someone local was because we moved from Suffolk to Norfolk this summer, meaning previous hairdressers is over an hours drive away.The lady that did my consultation was snappy , rude and condescending. The way they price is ridiculous and makes no sense. Didn't listen to what I was saying at all about my hair and how I usually have my hair fitted. Chairs stained with old dye. Told me that I'd struggle with maintenance and gave me pricing as though the presumption was it was out of my price range. Firstly, I think it's up to me to know if I could manage the maintenance or not and secondly I run my own business, so presuming affordability is both unprofessional and rude.After all my experience of having hair extensions across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and London this by far the most horrible salon I've visited. Would not recommend, so very rude and unprofessional. Thanks god it was only a consultation.

Never againThis picture was taken on the SAME DAY as getting my hair done 2h after. I do have the same clothing, just have a jacket over it!!I emailed you this picture on Saturday and asked to fix it. You DID NOT specify I’d need more hair before doing them and DID NOT offer me a free consultation to discuss the options etc for my hair.I DO NOT have a bob cut - it’s just straight short hair. I specified from the beginning I’d be wearing it straight as I do not want to curl them every day.

Amazing hair. Amazing people.The confidence my new hair has given me is amazing. After loosing my hair and having to wear a wig for a year. I decided to get extensions in and they filled me with so much confidence that they wouldn’t ruin my natural hair and it would assist in helping me hair grow back.After 5 months I’m still so happy with my hair and don’t ever want to stop having lovely thick long hair x

Very happy with my visit to Secrets Hair Extensions today.The Lady made me very welcome and gave me a consultation about the hair extensions I was after and plenty of advice how to put them in and how to look after them styling etc… the shop is really decorated lovely and I have no hesitation to recommend this professional Hair Salon . it’s five stars from me all the way!

Secret hair extensions have been amazing. They worked really hard to source extensions that matched my grey hair. Jules kept me informed of progress throughout and really listened to me.
