Got there number of my son, amazing set of work lads, make sure they got the trees down safe as there was some huge limbs hanging over my house. All was was chipped and removed

Put leaflets through my door loudly at 6:40am to wake the house up.

Ashwood is an amazing serves, lads take pride and joy in cutting down the conifers I had in my back yard blocking sun light to my jacuzzi, also nicely timed my loreal Bush at the front.Garden was left spotless and all waste was take with them after chipping it all on the jobThanks to John and the ashwood teamWill definitely recommend and be using them again

I come home from work one day and found a leaflet from this company through my letter box. Great timing I thought, we was planning on trimming all the over hanging trees from next doors garden trees.Contacted the mobile numbers, no answer. Dropped a text and got a reply so arranged a date and time convenient for both. The day before our planned meeting I received a telephone call saying they were coming on this day instead of the following day so I rearranged my working day to be home for thier planned visit a day early. Waited and they didn't turn up. Called, no answer. Text and got a reply saying they could honour the original time we arranged the following day at 9.30am so arranged my working day again to suit but yet again, no visit! Called and was told it would be at 2pm. Rearranged my day again and guess what, no visit after me waiting for them to turn up. I would imagine over the 2 days I've wasted 4-5hrs waiting for them to not turn up and not even call.I wouldn't like to see thier performance if I ended up going ahead with the work, if they ever turned up. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I was awoken this morning by two very loud lad types outside the rear of my property, today. When I found a neighbour had hired them, I went to chat with my neighbour about the work.Unfortunately your staff decided to repeatedly interrupt and very abruptly shout over me, as I was trying to discuss the work he was having done. Personally I find it incredibly rude unprofessional for your staff to interject in a personal conversation between two neighbours.It would have been unprofessional enough at this point, however directly after this, your staff then proceeded to literally shout names at me as I re-entered my property, before yelling at the property while driving away. I'll be blunt, if you want to hire a company that will harass your neighbours, and literally act like rude, loud children, this company is for you. If not, I'd recommend looking else where.Ironically, we recently came into this property, and it's garden which hasn't been looked after for decades. We are taking quotes for the job, which is much larger than trimming some overhanging branches, if your company hadn't behaved like children I would have approached you for the job.

Not convinced the two men that came knew what they were doing. Feel we paid over the odds for the work that was done. Were told they would leave the garden as they found it ALL THE BRANCHES REMOVED this was not the case there were branches left all over the garden and the trees that were trimmed looked untidy with broken branches hanging off. They said they wanted payment as soon as they had finished which we did. However as soon as the bank transfer was done, they were off not really giving us time to look carefully at the completed job. They didn’t even stop to speak to us or say they were leaving. We would never use this company again.
