Ania is very patient and has a lovely manner. I have been a client of hers for around two years. She is trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable in her presence, helping you to come to your own conclusions about the next steps to take.

In my experience Annia has been a warm, understanding and professional individual. Providing much needed support at a difficult time for me. A targeted and thoughtful approach. Incorporating a number of techniques, in a challenging but understanding way. A convenient and relaxing practice with online support now also available to continue our meetings. Her support has been and is invaluable. Moving me forwards to a better self, thank you.

I can only wish I met Ania earlier. I’ve gained peace in areas of my life I never thought I could and has helped me gain diagnosis and help I don’t think I would have ever had without her. Incredibly professional, providing progressive therapy that there needs to be more of.

Ania helped me by listening and pinpointing the things I was finding difficult, giving me straightforward and small steps to improve how I was approaching things and by providing practical support and questioning when necessary.
