It was busy with teenagers, no tables were cleaned and we use to request someone to come clean our table just to sit and eat. The server brought our tray and just placed it on the table...almost thrown and said here you go"Very unpleasant experience. Food was alright since its McDonalds. You get what you expect."

Drive by order for my son after a long journey.. Ordered a double whopper meal with only cheese and lettuce as he can't eat toppings, gherkin etc Set off on the last leg of our journey home to discover they had put the toppings on. Staff need to pay attention to avoid serious consequences as ingredients are left off for a reason and at almost £9 for the meal, waste of money too. Raging, not the first time this has happened at Elgin

the food and service are amazing but I wouldn't really recommend on weekdays since there are alot of collage and university kids there, overall, 9/10!, would recommend :D

Food is good but sometimes depending on the time of day the food will be on the colder side when served.As its a small venue it's often very busy in the drive through, car park, and indoors.Had instances where items have been missed off drive through orders and only found out when home.Friendly staff.

We went through the drive through, the food was fine but the staff were impatient, didn't listen, had to repeat order multiple times. When we paid the next window along already had the drinks hanging out the window. She didn't say a word to us just thrust the food at us. It was also quiet so there was absolutely no need for that.

Ordered a Big Mac from the drive through to find out the Big Mac was not in the bag and just got chips and a drink will not be back I hope you are ashamed of yourselfs eh
